Google Business Profile optimisation typically shows results within 3–6 weeks as Google processes the changes. Facebook and Instagram ads can generate leads within the first 5–7 days of going live. I set honest expectations upfront — if your market or budget means results will take longer, I’ll tell you before we start.

I recommend a minimum ad spend of AUD $300–500 per month to see meaningful results with Facebook and Instagram ads. This is separate from my management fee. I’ll always advise the optimal budget for your industry and location — and I won’t run ads if your budget is too low to be effective.

No lock-in contracts — ever. All monthly services are month-to-month. You stay because you’re getting results, not because you’re locked in. One-time services like website builds and GBP optimisation are single payments with no ongoing commitment unless you want it.

Most freelancers either over-promise and under-deliver, or disappear after taking payment. I work with a small number of clients at a time so every business gets my full attention. I send bi-weekly reports, respond to messages the same day, and if something isn’t working I proactively tell you and fix it — I don’t hide behind vague reporting.
